Charleston WV gym success story – Adrienne Galloway
I decided on June 29, 2015, to make a change. I started eating healthily and working out. I’ve consistently increased my activity levels and am now doing between 5 and 8 workouts a week. I’m down 87 pounds and tons of inches. Recently, I was lucky enough to win a contest through Nautilus, which awarded me a 3-month membership AND a personal trainer 2 times a week for free. I was so excited to start working with a trainer and increase my upper body strength, which was lacking. I’m so thankful I was assigned to Clinton. He’s so awesome! He’s incredibly encouraging, personable and knowledgeable. He gives me food tips to help with my energy levels and I can text him anytime with questions. I also love that each session is different and I’ve increased weights in every exercise. Go workout with Clinton or another trainer at Nautilus. You won’t regret it!
